Our temporary rooms are between 13-22 square meters. They are painted in a light color and are furnished with a bed, wardrobe and table with chairs. Our temporary rooms share a kitchen and toilet/shower with other students who live in our temporary rooms. It is 12 months' rent and heating, water, electricity and internet are included.
Stallvägen 30 & 32 are for female tenants and have a kitchen and bathroom in the same building that is shared with other students living in the same building.
Stallvägen 22, 24, 26 and 28 are for male tenants and the shared bathroom is in front of Stallvägen 20 and the shared kitchen is on Stallvägen 24 which is shared with other students.
Other
There are study rooms available for booking in the area. You also have access to two laundry rooms for each house, open around the clock. In the area there is a sauna and gym for our tenants who sign up for a membership.
Parking space
Parking spaces are available subject to availability. To park in Stubor's area, a parking permit is required. We also have charging points.
