Moving in 

It can be a lot to think about when it's time to move in. Here we have gathered tips and advice that we believe can help you when it is time to move into your new apartment. Good luck!

Address Change

Address change quickly at skatteverket.se. Please note that you may need to enter apartment numbers when changing addresses. You will find the apartment number on your rental contract.

Home insurance

If you do not already have home insurance, we recommend that you obtain one. It is a good protection in case of fire, theft or water damage. If you already have home insurance, you can change your new address and ensure that the insurance amount is large enough.

Storage

It is very important that you lock your storage room and not store theft-proof property or valuables in the storage room. Stubor is not responsible for things that disappear.

Report faults in apartment

When you move in, the apartment is inspected by us and an inspection record contains all kinds of remarks such as holes in the walls are listed but if you still detect any faults or defects, it is important that you contact us within 7 days after you move in. If you have any questions about the condition of your apartment, you can contact the inspector at service@stubor.se

Rent

At Stubor we have pre-payments for the payment of the rent. 

You must always pay the rent in advance, no later than the last day of the month before. You can find your rental invoice in your email and it is also available on “My pages”

The rental date states the due date and each month has a unique reference number

(OCR number). Reference number is the same as OCR number.
