About the area
Slottstaden is a pleasant redidential area in Teleborg that offers comfortable living with proximity to both nature and services.
Slottsstaden 1 consists of five residential buildings with the addresses Stallvägen 20, 22, 24, 26 and 28. The houses began construction in 2001 with the first move-in in January 2002. The latest building, Stallvägen 28, was completed in January 2004. There are a total of 479 apartments here, of which 471 are space-efficient one-bedroom apartments and eight are two-bedroom apartments.
Slottsstaden 3 was built in 2002-2003 and includes Stallvägen 30 and 32. The area contains 238 apartments, of which 224 are one-bedroom apartments and 14 are two-bedroom apartments - perfect accomodation for those looking for a functional, flexible and comfortable home.
The area has plenty of common areas such as barbecue areas, saunas, study rooms and pleasant walking areas that contribute to a social and homely living environment.
Gym, sauna and cinema room
As a tenant, you have the opportunity to sign up for a membership that gives you access to the gym, sauna and cinema room. Laundry room
Every building is equipped with two bookable laundry rooms. Booking is easy via the link you received via email or through the booking screen in your entrance. During the booked time, only the person who has booked has access to the laundry room, which creates security and accessibility.
Entrances
All entrances are equipped with shell protection and intercom, which means that only authorized persons have access to the buildings. Guests can easily call via the intercom to be admitted.
Camera surveillance
To create a safe and secure living environment, the area is camera surveilled.
Barbecue areas and sun decks
There are several barbecue areas and sun decks in the area that can be freely used by our tenants - perfect places for summer evenings, socializing and relaxing.
Walking area and exercise trails
Directly adjacent to Slottsstaden is Teleborgs nature reserve, with beautiful walking areas and well-mainteined exercise trails. Here you have nature right outside your door - perfect for walks, runs or a moment of relaxation in the green.
