My accommodation
We want all our tenants to feel comfortable and secure in their homes. To succeed in this, we need your help - together we create comfort and security for you as a tenant. Here we have collected important information and good tips on how you can contribute to a pleasant environment for you and your neighbors.
Attic storage
You have your own attic storage on the 5th floor. There you must have your own padlock and always make sure that the attic door is locked when you leave.
Laundry room
In all laundry rooms, drop-in applies. This means that you can wash when it is free. Make sure to read the instructions before washing and don't forget to clean up after yourself before you leave the laundry room. Remove detergent and fabric softener from the compartments, wipe down the machines, clean the floors and lock them after you. If the machines break down after office hours, we want you to contact our property service the next day, between 8 am and 4 pm.
Sauna
There is a sauna on the premises that can be booked for tenants against a membership. Contact the office for more information about this.
It is important that it is cleaned, prepared and locked after use. Uncleaned space will be charged for the cleaning fee.
Walking area and exercise track
Directly adjacent to our area is Teleborgs nature reserve with exercise track and walking area.
Neighborhood gym
For our tenants there is a small neighborhood gym that is open every day. Contact the office for more information about membership.
Barbecue areas and sun deck
There are several barbecue areas and sun decks on the premises for you as a tenant to use.
Entrances, corridors and elevators
These common areas are cleaned once a week. It is not permitted to put up posters or other information anywhere other than on the notice boards. There are elevators in all of our properties. Avoid opening the doors to the elevators, as this will cause the pressure in the elevators to drop and they will stop working.
Bicycles
Park your bicycle in the bicycle racks, this will make it easier to get there. Improperly parked bicycles will be removed. We regularly collect abandoned bicycles in the area. We notify all tenants when it is time for the next collection so that bicycles that are in use are marked correctly. We store recovered bicycles for a while before taking them to the police bicycle storage.
Vehicle parking
A parking permit is required to park in Stubor's area. Cars parked on access roads and thoroughfares as well as in the courtyard at house 30/32 will receive a parking fine according to the current rate. It is also prohibited to park between the buildings.
Leash requirement
Leash requirement applies to both dogs and cats in our buildings and in our area.
Electrical cabinet/fuses
It may happen that the power to the lighting, fridge or freezer stops working. In that case you can do the following;
Those who live in buildings 20-26; you will find your electrical cabinet in the stairwell opposite the elevator
Those who live in buildings 30-32; you will find the electrical cabinet in the stairwell on your floor
Open the electrical cabinet with your apartment key. Make sure you take the right fuses, see the diagram on the inside of the door to the electrical cabinet. If they are facing downwards, push them up. Check the ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) for your apartment and those in the first row, the main fuses. All should be facing upwards. Those who live in building 28 have a fuse cabinet in the apartment.
Smoking
Stubor's properties are completely smoke-free. It is therefore forbidden to smoke in premises and spaces that are used jointly by the tenants. Smoking on balconies and just outside entrances is only allowed if it does not disturb the neighbors.
Länsförsäkring Skadedjur
If you discover pests in the apartment, you must immediately contact Länsförsäkring Kronoberg at 0470-72 01 90.
You also need to inform Stubor.
It is free of charge for our tenants.
